Our Story
Claire and Micah first discovered the beloved Biscochito while living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. When they returned to Arizona, they missed the cookie’s unique flavor and began baking them at home. With a passion for real, whole foods, they reimagined the recipe using local nutrient-dense ingredients. After months of experimenting, they found the perfect balance, and the Sonoran Biscochito was born: a cookie that showcases Arizona regenerative agriculture and the cherished flavors of New Mexico.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create thoughtfully crafted cookies using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients that bring nourishment and connection with every bite. Our signature Biscochitos feature Arizona-grown regenerative organic certified White Sonora wheat from Oatman Farms, pasture-raised pork lard, and organic hand-ground spices, reflecting our commitment to tradition, sustainability, and flavor.

We happily accept custom requests in quantities of 12 (minimum 3 dozen).
While we typically bake on Fridays for weekend pickups or deliveries, please don't hesitate to ask if you need your order on a different day.
